Earlier Work
Mr. Sricharan comes from a Commercial Real Estate background. He has worked for Lubert Adler Real Estate Private Equity in Singapore where he was part of the team responsible for investing in South East Asia. Before that he was in Vornado Realty Trust’s (NYSE: VNO) Acquisitions and Capital Markets group in New York where he focused on acquiring Retail Properties, such as Malls and Shopping Centres across the country. At Vornado he was responsible for closing over $750 million of transactions. Sricharan spent seven years in the Commercial Real Estate industry before heading back to business school to further his education.Varsity Education Management was founded to restructure and recapitalize a twenty five year old family business. Sricharan played the lead role in the starting up of Varsity and bringing in Rs. 325 cr PE investment. Since inception in 2010, Varsity has grown very rapidly and now caters to over 500 schools in six states. Sricharan’s hands on management in the day to day affairs of the organization has helped in developing necessary systems and process to accommodate the growth, and facilitate smooth operations. He is responsible for overall business strategy, financial planning, and business development. He is also very involved in product development.
Education
Mr. Sricharan’s primary and secondary schooling was from Vijayawada and Hyderabad (India) after which, he moved to the US for Bachelors' of Science in Business Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Thereafter, he completed his Post Graduate Programme in Management from Indian School of Business (a Wharton and Kellog collaboration). Sricharan’s areas of concentration were in Strategy & Leadership and in Finance.

Bharath Kumar Narilla

Prior to this, he held leadership roles at KVK Energy & Infrastructure Limited, overseeing end-to-end operations and maintenance of power plants, including manpower, fuel management, and spares planning. At Suzlon Infrastructure Services Limited, he served as Deputy State Head, managing complete state-level wind farm operations and ensuring consistent plant performance across sites.
Mr. Bharath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University and brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to managing utility-scale wind energy assets aligned with long-term investor value.
Rajani
CFO
She has a strong track record of closing complex financing transactions, including large-scale non-recourse project finance and bridge funding for wind-solar hybrid assets, enabling accelerated portfolio expansion and capital efficiency. Her ability to integrate both sponsor and lender perspectives has strengthened long-term relationships with global financial institutions.
Prior to this, she held key leadership roles at Fortum, Macquarie Group, and Mytrah Energy, where she raised and structured multi-billion-rupee financing and delivered value-accretive transactions.
She began her career with State Bank of India, building strong foundations in corporate credit and risk governance, with a proven record of high portfolio growth and zero NPAs.
Rajani has been recognized through leading industry awards for financial innovation, treasury transformation, and ESG-aligned financing. As CFO, she plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, enabling scalable growth, and strengthening governance aligned with investor expectations.
Dr. P.V. Ramesh (Retd. IAS)
Advisor
He has worked extensively with global institutions including UNFPA, IFAD, UNOPS, the World Bank, and other multilateral agencies across 40+ countries, delivering high-impact development and investment programs. His expertise spans renewable energy, climate resilience, public-private partnerships, and development finance.
Dr. Ramesh has held several senior leadership roles, including Chairman & Managing Director of REC Limited, where he led large-scale power sector financing and played a key role in India’s universal electrification. He has also served as Principal Finance Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, overseeing fiscal management and implementing India’s first SAP-based financial management system.
In the corporate sector, he has led strategic transformation, investment management, and diversification initiatives across infrastructure, electric mobility, and renewable energy platforms.
Currently, he serves as a board member and advisor to multiple institutions, providing strategic guidance on governance, policy, investment, and sustainable development.
As Advisor, he brings unparalleled depth in policy, finance, and institutional leadership, strengthening the organization’s governance framework and long-term strategic direction.
